Elite Nails & Spa at Hemlock Hill Road, Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania.

Horrible! Had to get nails done before leaving town for a funeral. They applied silk wrap over one of my girls acrylic set to extend her nail length & charged us for a new set instead of soaking off & doing a new set, only for multiple nails with her real nails to break. Couldn't do the designs either of my girls wanted & kept retrying until they gave up & did it the way they wanted. Refused to use gel polish for us. Didn't file my set style evenly. Polish was applied poorly & looked like it was done by a child. Tried to go back next day, they were already closed, so tried again the day after that to have them fix broken nails & chipped polish for my girls only to try to blame us for the nails looking that bad & breaking witin a 36 hour period from initial visit & even the "fix" was a botched up rushed job also. Didn't even listen to me as to how I wanted them to fix their nails. The day after that one of my tips snapped off while shampooing my hair & more nails for my girls broke. We ended up having to go to a place (literally 4 days after going back here to fix their mess) while out of town to fix everything & that place had to completely remove everything Elite did on all 3 of us & start from scratch. The place out of town told us no one uses silk anymore because it doesn't hold up not to mention you can't apply silk over acrylic & I even confirmed that by calling other nail salons in that area & even some around here. Now I'm in a dispute with my credit card company as I paid Elite almost $250 for 3 of us to have horrible looking, breaking nails, feel unwelcome & rushed, & even more rushed the second visit only to shell out less money out of town for way better work that lasted 4-5 weeks before having to get them done again. Not to mention Elite has their kids, one as young as 12 doing pedicures & manicures on customers. You need a license in PA to do nails!!! Not to mention you have to be 14 in PA to get your working papers. Don't go here!!!
